Drive south to Bay City,

Turn left onto FM457/Sergeant Joe Parks, Jr. Memorial Hwy

Turn right onto Mcdonald Dr (first road, unmarked)

Turn left onto Villa Rd (CR 207)

The farm will be on the left about a half mile down.
